Reddy disclosed this during his interaction with the scribes during the 37th two-day meet of the Editor's Conference on Social Sector issue being held in New Delhi.
"I have just signed the document and it would now be translated and other small technical details would be taken care off and shortly we are going to make the plan public. A copy of the master plan is being sent to the honourable Supreme Court of India," he said.
The minister clarified that there would be no sealing in Delhi as the Union government has taken care of all the objections raised during the hearings in the Supreme Court.

The minister announced the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission under which the focus would be on planned development of the slums in the urban areas. "The urban population has grown five times. The rising urban population has also given rise to increase in the number of urban poor," he said.
The increasing number of slum-dwellers causes tremendous pressure on urban basic service and the private builders would be asked to construct low cost houses fort he residents at the same place where they are living currently so that it lessens the burden on the transport system in the capital.
