CBSE declares Class XII results

The Central Board of Secondary Education on Sunday declared the results of Class XII examinations.

Over 350,000 students from 27 states and Union territories took the exams.

Results from Guwahati, Chandigarh, Ajmer and Chennai regions were available on the CBSE website (https://cbse.nic.in), a CBSE spokesperson said.

Guwahati region includes Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Manipur and Nagaland.

Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli are in Ajmer region.

Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh are in Chandigarh region.

Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Pondicherry, Goa, Andaman and Nicobar islands, Daman and Diu and Lakshwadeep fall under Chennai region, the spokesperson said.

The results for Delhi and Allahabad regions, which include the national capital, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal, will be declared in a day or two, the spokesperson said.

The results were also available on short messaging services of certain mobile phone operators, the spokesperson said.
