Former Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa will have to wait another week before the Special Central Bureau of Investigation court decides on whether he will get anticipatory bail.
The CBI is probing a case of illegal mining against the Bharatiya Janata Party leader.
The court has adjourned proceedings by a week and will take up the case next Friday.
Counsels for both Yeddyurappa and the CBI have sought time as certain documents needed to be filed in the case.
Apprehending arrest, Yeddyurappa had sought anticipatory bail.
The CBI had raided Yeddyurappa's residences on Wednesday and seized documents pertaining to the case.
