A bomb exploded on a railway track minutes after the Howrah-Guwahati down Garib Rath Express passed Goabari in lower Assam''s Kokrajhar district early on Sunday morning.
The anti-talk faction of the National Democratic Front of Bodoland is said to have been behind 1:10 a.m. explosion that took place in an area between Gossaigaon and Fakiragram.

local police, as saying that three feet of railway track was damaged by the blast. A two feet deep crater was also created by the explosion.
Train services were affected for about five hours after the incident, but there were no reports of casualties.
A search operation has been ordered to nab those who were responsible for the blast, media reports said.
