The Indian cricket team can expect some more vocal support when they take on Pakistan in the Lahore one day international on March 21.

Thirty motorcycle enthusiasts from Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab and Delhi set off from the national capital for Lahore on Thursday to cheer the 'Men in Blue'.

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit flagged off the 'Road to Peace' rally, which will travel via Ambala (in Haryana) and Jalandhar (in Punjab) and reach Wagah on the international border on Friday.

"We are looking forward to adding our voices to that of the hundreds of Indian fans expected to turn up in Lahore," said Vipin Kataria, one of the participants.

The bikers will also interact with members of biking clubs in Lahore and spread the message of peace and friendship, said Siddhartha Lal, CEO of Royal Enfield, which is sponsoring the event. "It gives biking enthusiasts an opportunity to mix their love of cricket and riding," he added.

The bikers will return to Delhi via Ludhiana on March 23.
