Army jawan killed in Pak firing

In yet another ceasefire violation by Pakistan, an army jawan was killed on Tuesday night in firing from across the border in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Pakistani troops fired at Peer Forward Post along the Line of Control in Mendhar sector at around 7.30 pm, army officials said.

Armyman K Pandey was killed in the firing, they said.
