Human Resources Development Minister Arjun Singh, who is on a visit to the United Arab Emirates, is indisposed and has cancelled all his engagements on Tuesday, official sources said.
Singh is down with fever and will return to India on Tuesday evening as per schedule. The minister began a four-day visit of the UAE on Saturday.
During his visit Singh held discussions with Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and Minister of Education Der Hanif Hassan Ali to explore possibilities of cooperation in the field of education. He also visited the Dubai Knowledge Village and interacted with principals of various Indian schools and heads of higher educational institutions based in the country.
