Maintaining that Pakistan has been at the forefront in the campaign against terror, the Pakistan High Commission said terrorism is a common concern.

"As agreed at the highest level between Pakistan and India, terrorism is a common concern and counter-terrorism cooperation is in the mutual interest of both countries.

"Pakistan has renewed its offer of cooperation in this domain," the high commission said in a statement said without elaborating.

Jundal, alias Zaibuddin Ansari, was arrested by Delhi police after he was deported by Saudi Arabia on June 21.

He had been staying there on a Pakistani passport and is alleged to have been on a recruiting mission for LeT.
