The cross-examination of a crucial witness in the sensational Aarushi-Hemraj murder case continued on Friday in a special Central Bureau of Investigation court in Ghaziabad.

The witness, B P Mahaptra, senior scientist of Central Forensic Science laboratory, told the court that the DNA found in the vagina of the deceased could not be conclusively established as it was contaminated in a local hospital.

The special CBI judge ordered continuation of the cross examination of the forensic scientist on Saturday. Aarushi, 14, was found murdered at her parents' Noida residence May 16, 2008 while the body of the family's domestic help Hemraj was found the next day on the terrace of the house.

Aarushi's parents -- Rajesh and Nupur Talwar -- are facing trial in the double murder case.
