Approximately 2.3 crore new voters will be eligible to vote for the first time in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
Uttar Pradesh will have the highest first-time voters with 38 lakh youths. West Bengal will come next with 20.7 lakh first-time voters.
Rajasthan is the third with 20.4 lakh new voters. Lakshadweep is the lowest, with 2,050 new voters.
