Former vice president and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bhairon Singh Shekhawat on Thursday told mediapersons in Delhi [Images] that he had no problems with the party's prime ministerial candidate L K Advani [Images]. But he added that he might contest the next Lok Sabha election, keeping in mind his health conditions.

Shekhawat had claimed on Wednesday that several of his supporters were urging him to contest the elections.

When queried if he posed a threat to Advani's prime ministerial aspirations, the senior BJP leader shot back, "Tell me, is Advani the only one who is going to contest the elections."

Shekhawat also told the journalists that he was planning to meet both Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Advani before taking a decision.

"My agenda is to fight corruption and money power while giving mandate to candidates from all over India," he added.

The BJP president Rajnath Singh was not even born when I began my political career, Shekawat added.

But what might force the BJP to sit up and take notice is his letter to Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot requesting him to probe the Rs 22,000 crore worth corruption charge against his predecessor Vasundhararaje Scindia � which was incidentally levelled by the Congress party.
