A Delhi [Images] court on Wednesday dismissed the bail plea of Abdul Rehman, caretaker of house where two suspected militants were recently killed in a shootout.
Metropolitan Magistrate Sudesh Kumar refused to give any relief to Rehman, who was arrested by the Delhi Police on charges of cheating and forgery as neither the lease deed nor the tenant verification papers submitted by the suspects were found genuine.
He was also accused of forging the signature of the owner of the house.
Rehman's son Zia-ur-Rehman and Shakir Nishar and Shakil apprehended on September 21 have been remanded to 14 days' police custody.
