Tourists forced out of Darjeeling

The Gorkha Janmukti Morcha is demanding a seperate state of 'Gorkhaland' in North -Eastern West Bengal. Their call for an indefinite strike has left many tourists stranded.The district administration had to arrange for a special train to transport the tourists.
