MNS's latest campaign against North Indians
July 15, 2008
Maharashtra Navnirman Sena activists stepped up their campaign against north Indians on Monday. They ransacked the local income tax office, alleging that it had discriminated against local youth. Supporting the campaign, MNS chief Raj Thackeray said Maharashtra's development would be impossible because of the influx of north Indians. The MNS activists were apparently angry over an interview for a lower-level post in which the maximum candidates were from Bihar.
