Gordon Brown in India

After arriving in New Delhi on January 20, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said Britain is keen on strengthening economic relationship with India.

The prime minister is on a two-day state visit to India aiming to improve business ties and enhancing cooperation on climate change and counter-terrorism.

This is the fourth India-UK Summit since the comprehensive strategic partnership between India and the UK was launched in September 2004.
