Pilgrims leave for Haj

The first batch of Haj pilgrims left for Jeddah in Saudi Arabia on Monday from Srinagar and Patna.
Haj is one of the five tenants of Islam and the Holy Quran directs the faithful to undertake the pilgrim at least once in a lifetime.
