The Supreme Court Bar Association on Monday suspended senior advocates R K Anand and I U Khan, who were shown by a TV channel allegedly influencing a witness in the sensational BMW case.Show-cause notices were also issued to the two advocates as to why action should not be taken against them, SCBA President P H Parekh said. The decision was taken at the meeting of the association's executive committee. The SCBA action came two days after Bar Council of Delhi also issued show-cause notices to the two advocates asking them to respond by July 20.
