United States President George W Bush's [Images] visit to Hyderabad on Friday may disrupt the schedules of some domestic and international flights, a top airport official said.

"We are trying our best to accommodate all the flights supposed to land and take-off during the president's visit with the minimum possible delay," Hyderabad Airport Director R K Singla told PTI.

According to Air Traffic Control sources, the president's entourage will have an exclusive parking slot for their aircrafts so that they won't come in the way of the routine flights.

President Bush, who is expected to land in Hyderabad at 1000 IST, will fly to Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University and later to the Indian School of Business located on the city's outskirts.

Though the president's itinerary is a closely guarded secret, official sources said his programme includes an interaction with farmers at the Agriculture University.

President Bush will address the students of Indian School of Business before reaching the airport around 1400 IST.

First Lady Laura Bush, who is accompanying the president, may visit some heritage structures and could meet the self-employed rural women, the sources added.

Unprecedented security arrangements have also been made for the visit.

Over 12,000 police personnel drawn out from different wings of Andhra Pradesh police have been pressed into service, police sources told PTI.

The Greyhounds, an elite anti-Naxal force, and special police parties are combing the area surrounding the two venues where Bush would visit.

A thorough search of the houses in some adjacent colonies is also being taken up, the sources said.

The state police personnel have been posted at strategic points and a separate special communication system has been installed to closely monitor the situation, the sources added.
