Earlier, CBI had charge-sheeted four accused Anees Ibrahim, Jamiruddin alias Jumbo, Rajesh Panchariya and Farooq Mansoori.

Anees, Dawood's brother, and Farooq are absconding while the other two had disclosed their alleged involvement after their arrest.

Joshi and Dhariwal had moved the Bombay high court challenging a special court order making them accused in the case. The petition is still pending.
