Three army troops, including a junior commissioned officer, were killed by a soldier who later shot himself to death before he could be overpowered by his bewildered colleagues inside an army camp at Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir [Images] Sunday afternoon.

The shootout triggered panic inside the army camp. "A court of inquiry has been ordered into the incident," Col Chibber, defence public relations officer told rediff.com on phone.
