The Maharashtra government has declared a public holiday on Wednesday as incessant rains continued to lash several parts of the state, bringing life in many areas, including Mumbai, to a standstill. Here's a snapshot of the havoc that the rains caused in Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra. - 100 killed, 159 trapped in landslide across Maharashtra. Heavy rains continue; Mumbai remains cut-off.
