Pawan Bansal, appointed head of the Lok Sabha committee to investigate charges against 10 LS members, said he has received replies from all concerned MPs and he will look into the matter.

The committee was appointed by Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Bannerjee following Aaj Tak and Cobrapost.com joint expose in which 11 members of Parliament were shown taking money for asking questions in the House. The eleventh member belongs to Rajya Sabha.

Talking to reporters at the Parliament house, Bansal said, "I have got their replies and we would be ready with the report next week. I cannot tell you the details. The 10 MPs have already been told not to come to the House," Bansal said.

Bansal ruled out an interim report on the lines of Rajya Sabha where Dr Karan Singh's House Ethics Committee had presented one such report recommending suspension of the accused member.

"Further action will be based on the recommendations of our Committee," Bansal said.
