It is a nightmare that returns with unfailing regularity. More than 2,000 Indians, almost all of them homeless, die in winter every year.
And this year is no different.
Already more than a hundred have fallen to this old foe.
This is the only way for these men to find relief from the biting cold that has Delhi in its grip.
