Moderate quake sparks panic in Indonesia

An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter Scale rattled Indonesia's Papua province on Thursday, sparking panic across the country.
The quake struck at 0821 IST.

On Sunday, a quake measuring 9.0 on Richter Scale centered in the Indian Ocean off Sumatra island had caused devastating tsunami waves across several Asian countries, leaving over 80,000 people dead.
