Admission Notice

· Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

· Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis (BFIA)

Both are three-year full-time professional courses commencing in July.

Eligibility

The applicant should be 17 years old on or before October 1, 2004.

The applicant should have appeared/passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with an aggregate of 60 percent (55 percent for those applying in SC/ST/WW/physically challenged categories) in four papers including English for BBS (English and Mathematics for BFIA). The rest of the papers may be Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Psychology, History, Political Science, Social Science, Geography, Sociology, Computer Science/Informatics Practices.

Entrance test: June 6, 2004.

Test centres: Delhi, Chandigarh, Kanpur, Kolkata.

Application procedure: The information bulletin and preliminary application forms are available from the college office on all six days of the week from April 5, 2004 between 9.30 am and 2 pm against a crossed bank draft issued by the State Bank of India in favour of  'Principal, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi.' The application fee for one course is Rs 460 (Rs 260 for SC/ST/WW) and Rs 660 for both courses (Rs 360 for SC/ST/WW). Once the application form is submitted, change/addition of course is not permitted.

The applicant must write his/her full name, category, postal address, phone number, course(s) applied for and test centre opted for at the back of the bank draft and submit it with a photocopy of both sides of the bank draft. Only outstation candidates can obtain the preliminary application form by post by sending a self-addressed A4 size envelope (to carry A4 size prospectus and form), affixed with Rs 50 worth of postal stamps for UPC postal charges. The college shall not be responsible for delay / loss in transit.

The last date for submission of the completed application form is May 3, 2004.
