Terrorists kill six people in Jammu

Terrorists entered the house of one Mehmood Gujjar at Chowaian-Kotdhara village in Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir, at around 0300 IST on Monday and killed four women and two children, police said.

The terrorists were looking for a security personnel and a special police officer belonging to the family. When the terrorists could not find them they killed the women and children, they said.

Combing operations were being conducted to nab the terrorists, the police said.

The deceased were identified as Khatoon Begum (60), Hanifa Begum (30), Zakira Begum (29), Taj Begum (20), Irshad Ahmed (4) and Maroof Ahmed (2).
