Parole for key Coimbatore
serial blast accused

S A Batcha, key accused in the 1998 Coimbatore serial blasts case, was on Sunday released on parole for eight hours, to visit his ailing mother. He was taken to his house at 0900 IST and brought back to the central prison at 1700 IST, amidst tight security, police said.
