Police get autopsy reports of Ansal Plaza 'terrorists'

The Delhi police on Monday received the post-mortem reports of the two suspected terrorists killed in the Ansal Plaza mall.

The bodies of Dawood Ali and Ezaz were sent to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences where a three-member team of doctors conducted the autopsies. Later in the day, the post-mortem reports will be made public.

The police later handed the bodies over to the Delhi Wakf Board to perform their last rites since Pakistan refused to claim them.

Earlier, India had asked Pakistan to take the bodies of the men killed in the south Delhi shopping mall on November 3.

The Delhi police, after the scrutiny of three dairies and other documents recovered from the men, concluded that Dawood and Ezaz hailed from West Punjab. Their complete addresses were also given to Pakistan.
