The list contains 86 Muslims, 126 backwards, 97 scheduled castes and 91 upper castes, Mayawati told reporters in Lucknow.
To a question, she said she might enter the electoral fray in keeping with the wishes of her party activists.
She said her party had tried to give representation to all sections of society, adding the names of candidates for the remaining three seats would be announced shortly.
Mayawati said her party had decided to field 86 Muslims to give the minority community its due which, she alleged, was denied to them so far.
Mayawati said her party's list for the Uttaranchal assembly poll would be finalised in a couple of days.
Welfare of all sections of society and improvement of the law and order scenario would be the main planks of the BSP for the assembly polls, she said.
