MIG-21 crashes in Rajasthan village

An Indian Air Force MIG-21 crashed in Rajasthan's Jodhpur district on Thursday noon, a senior police official said in Jaipur.

The fighter plane was on a routine exercise when it crashed in Jhelu-Gagari village, the official said.

The pilot bailed out safely, he said.

District authorities and IAF personnel have rushed to the crash site, he added.
