Bomb planted outside Poonch SP's office, three police personnel injured

Three police personnel were injured in an explosion outside the office of Superintendent of Police in Poonch town of Jammu division on Saturday afternoon, official sources said.

The bomb, planted by militants in a dustbin near the outer wall of the SP's office, exploded at around 1330 hours (IST), damaging the boundary wall and injuring three police personnel, they said.

The SP escaped unhurt in the explosion, the sources said, adding the three injured have been hospitalised.
