11 terrorists killed in Kashmir

Indian security forces gunned down at least 11 terrorists in separate incidents in the Kashmir Valley on Tuesday, the police said.

Troops intercepted and killed three guerrillas when they tried to sneak into Pakistan at Langath sector of Kupwara district in north Kashmir.

This led to a fierce gun battle. Two other terrorists were shot dead at Tootmargali in the same district.

At Sonum Kupwara, another guerrilla was killed and 20 kg of RDX seized from him.At Bandipora area in Baramulla district three guerrillas were shot dead.

Two terrorists were gunned down at Heerpora in Pulwama district, the police said.
