One person was killed and 25 others were wounded when a powerful bomb exploded outside a bar in the Rajouri town of Jammu region late on Friday evening, police sources said.
They said one civilian died on the spot.
Senior police officers have rushed to the spot. Security forces are combing the area, and none of the militant groups have claimed responsibility for the blast.
