Six Kashmiri militants arrested in Delhi

Delhi police arrested six militants of the Jammu and Kashmir Islamic Front from the Chandni Chowk area of the walled city on Wednesday night.

The police said the militants -- Feroze Ahmed Mir, Mohammadd Sayeed Tantray, Mohammad Manzur Mir, Mohammad Lateef Hajaam, Abdul Rashid Gojri and Inderjit Singh alias Bali -- were planning to revive JKIF's militant activities in Kashmir.

The militants had received Rs 1.5 million through hawala channel for this purpose, the police added.
