Arrest warrants against Bihar BJP leaders

Arrest warrants were on Friday issued against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state unit president Nand Kishore Yadav and party's chief whip in the Bihar assembly Navin Kishore Prasad Sinha for allegedly failing to clear dues of the State Bank of India (SBI).

Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Patna city) Jayant Kumar issued the warrants.

Yadav and Sinha have been charged with non-clearance of dues to the SBI, Futua branch, that had sanctioned a loan of nearly Rs 200,000 to them for setting up leather export units in the Futua industrial area.
