Hurriyat's Pak visit under
consideration: Vajpayee

Two days after extending the ceasefire in Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Saturday said the proposed Pakistan visit of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference is "under consideration."

He also declared that the Centre would be willing to hold talks with all those in Jammu and Kashmir who want to enter into a dialogue.

"Ye prashna vicharadhin hai (the question is under consideration)," he said when asked about the government's stand on giving permission to a five-member Hurriyat team to travel to Pakistan.

The prime minister was talking to reporters in New Delhi after releasing a new three-volume edition of memoirs of Congress stalwart late D P Mishra, the father of prime minister's principal secretary Brajesh Mishra.
