The claim was made by the outfit in a statement faxed to a Srinagar news agency from Islamabad.
The statement, signed by the spokesman of the outfit Jameel Ahmed, said Kashmiri militant outfits based in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) were engaged in formulating a common line of action so that they (militants) could play their role in case of a war between India and Pakistan.
The jihadi organisations are engaged in finalising the common action programme in case of a war, the statement said.
The spokesman said in view of the present situation, the Jamiat leadership has effected some changes in the outfit.
