India on Thursday hoped the power-sharing accord reached between four Afghan factions would lead to a more broad-based government in Kabul and affirmed its commitment of assistance in reconstruction of Afghanistan.
"I look upon this as a positive development," India's special envoy to Afghanistan S K Lambah, who is in Bonn for the Afghan talks where the agreement was reached, told Star News.
