Five of a family gunned down in Poonch

Five members of a Muslim family, including two women and two children, were killed by unidentified gunmen in village Markote in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir late on Monday night.

Police said the gunmen forced their entry into Ghulam Shah's house and opened indiscriminate fire, killing Shah and four other members of the family.

Senior police officers have rushed to the spot.
