Chadha in Delhi, to face trial on Tuesday

Win Chadha, chargesheeted in the Rs 640 million Bofors payoff case, will appear in the trial court of additional sessions judge Ajit Bharihoke on March 21.

Chadha arrived in New Delhi from Dubai this morning. The ailing 76-year-old accused was taken to a private hospital here straight from the airport.

The trial court has issued summons to him for Tuesday.
