Sonia's envoys to meet Jaya tomorrow

Former Union finance minister Manmohan Singh and senior Congress leader A K Antony will arrive in Madras tomorrow to hold talks with All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam general secretary J Jayalalitha, regarding the forging of an electoral alliance with her party in Tamil Nadu for the coming Lok Sabha elections.

Congress president Sonia Gandhi had confirmed this, when she spoke to Jayalalitha over phone last night, an AIADMK media statement said today.

Expelled Congress leader Sharad Pawar had held preliminary talks with the AIADMK leader before his expulsion from the party last month.
