Justice D P Wadhwa named to head Stains inquiry

Justice D P Wadhwa of the Supreme Court will head the commission of inquiry to probe the circumstances leading to the gruesome murder of Australia-born missionary Graham Stewart Stains and his two sons Timothy and Philip in Orissa last week.

The commission has been asked to submit its report within two months.

It has been told to present "full facts" known about the murder.

Many political parties have blamed the Bajrang Dal for the killing, though the Centre claims the Sangh Parivar outfit is not involved.
