Further hearing in Ayodhya case on March 12Central Bureau of Investigation Special Judge J P Srivastava, hearing Ayodhya demolition cases, has fixed March 12 for further proceedings in the cases against 49 accused, including Union Home Minister Lal Kishenchand Advani, Union Human Resources Development Minister Murli Manohar Joshi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh. None of the accused was present in the court yesterday, forcing the court to exempt them from personal appearance. Justice Jagdish Bhalla of the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Thursday passed an order to the effect that the special judge would not pass any adverse order against any of the accused, in case anyone of them does not attend the court on Friday. Justice Bhalla had passed the order since four criminal revisions seeking to challenge the special judge's summons for framing of charges were pending before the former. UNI
