The actor was due to have a grand party to celebrate his birthday but he called it off as a mark of respect to his late colleagues and friends Dara Singh and Rajesh Khanna.

Bollywood stars tweeted their tributes for freedom fighter Captain Lakshmi Sehgal, who passed away on July 23 in Kanpur. She was 97.
Amitabh Bachchan tweeted: 'Shrimati Lakshmi Sehgal passes away at 97 in Kanpur .. fierce freedom fighter for Independence of India .. what a lady ! Prayers for her soul ! She was with Subhash Chandra Bose and the INA ..the Indian National Army to fight against British rule. Captain Lakshmi Sahgal .. grandmother of Shaad Ali, who directed BuntyBubli and JhoomBarabarJhoom .. condolences and prayers Shaad !'
Director Kabir Khan, who had shot a documentary with her, was saddened by her demise. 'With the passing away of Lakshmi Sehgal... an era comes to an end... she was a part of the most exciting movement in Indian history.. My first major documentary, The Forgotten Army was filmed with her. I drove with her from Singapore to India through Malaysia and Burma... It took us three months to complete the journey. She was 86 at that time. I have never seen such spirit in anybody even half her age... She was the commander of the Rani Jhansi regiment of the INA. She went to battle against the British for India's independence... True... its really sad that nobody remembers these heroes... Thats why my film was called the Forgotten Army,' he wrote.

Actor Riteish Deshmukh has written and sang a Marathi song in his upcoming film Kya Super Kool Hain Hum.
Riteish shared the song and tweeted: 'My first fun attempt at singing a marathi song- chk out MARATHI INGAA.'
The song is a spoof of the item number UP Bihar lootne from the film Shool.
