Australian cricketer Andrew Symonds entered the Bigg Boss house on Wednesday, along with his 'translator' Pooja Missra.
Symonds, who has visited India on numerous occasions thanks to his cricketing tours, claims that he took up Bigg Boss as a challenge.
The biggest challenge is the language barrier. Pooja Missra, who had been thrown out of the house due to her violent behaviour, will be given a chance to clear her name, and translate for Symonds.
"I am glad Bigg Boss has given me the opportunity to enter the house again -- this time, as the voice of Andrew Symonds. I am really excited at being given this opportunity to interact with not only the housemates but also the country at large," Pooja said.
One of the things Symonds is looking forward to in the house is Sunny Leone. He claimed that he hoped she was a 'fun girl.'
Reacting to Symonds' entry in Bigg Boss, Bollywood had quite a lot to say about it.
'Hope Andrew Symmonds is taking his bat along to whack some sense into the whackos in the #BigBoss house tonight ;) Gloves aur helmet toh pohoch gaye, bas ab bat ki kami hai,' Sonakshi Sinha tweeted.
Meanwhile, Pooja Bedi who got eliminated from the show, tweeted: 'So Pooja missra is going back in the BB house today! Buckle your seatbelts & brace yourself for turbulent weather:) Just got a call from Swami agnivesh who had visited us in Bigg Boss:) what a wonderful surprise:) had such happy chatter with him:)'
While Symonds will be a refreshing change to the show, we can't help but wonder how Sidharth Bhardwaj will take Pooja Missra's re-entry. After all, he had received the brunt of her voilent streak.
Symond's entry will be telecast tonight.
Are you looking forward to it?
