There are quite a few big movies lined up, which still do not have a title.
Sometimes, not revealing the title is a marketing strategy adopted by producers. Other times, it may be a genuine lack of the right words!
Here's a look at upcoming movies that do not have a title yet. Take a look:
Salman Khan's Mental
Though this Khan film's title was almost confirmed as Mental, recently there was another title thrown around.
Called Jai Ho, it was said to be a result of an afterthought confirmation.
As has been the case so far with the makers of the film, there has been no official confirmation or denial yet on the eventual title.
Unlike Ghajini and Singham, which shared the name of their Tamil originals, Thuppakki may not retain its name since it is the Tamil word for 'Gun'.
There have been various titles thrown around, right from Pistol to Bahadur. There are indications that Akshay Kumar may settle for Holiday but there is no confirmation yet.
Even though the film is still a year away from release, there is immense curiosity around Emraan Hashmi's next film with Kareena Kapoor.
Interestingly, the makers are keeping the suspense on as well.
Even though rumours mills indicate that the film would be titled Badtameez Dil (based on Ranbir Kapoor's latest chartbuster from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani), producer Karan Johar is enjoying the silence.
It all started with the film being titled Bade Bhaiyya.
It made sense since director Sooraj Barjatya and Salman Khan's last film together, Hum Saath Saath Hain had boasted of a song with this title (Chote Chote Bhaiyon Ke Bade Bhaiyya).
Though instead of Mohnish Behl, it may be time for Salman to play Bade Bhaiyya. Whether this title is final is yet to be seen.
After her hit film Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge, director Nupur Asthana has moved on to her next film with Ayushmann Khurranna and Sonam Kapoor.
This time around, she seems to be very cautious with her approach and hence, has not titled her film yet.
For their last collaboration together, Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani had zeroed down on something as simple as 3 Idiots.
This time around though, there is confusion of how it is going to be spelt.
While in some circles it is referred to as PK, there is also another version -- Pee Kay -- being tossed around.
Will the officials in charge throw some light please?
The first official announcement said that the filmmakers had opted to title the film Mere Apne, albeit not really drawing any inspiration from the namesake 1970's film.
However, with no official word yet and the release date announcement still carrying the untitled tag, one wonders whether makers are in two minds.
This masala entertainer just got on floors this Eid, and already there is speculation about what it will be called.
With Prabhudheva and Ajay Devgn coming together for the first time, one expects a masala title for this quintessential masala entertainer.
However, would the inclusion of Sonakshi Sinha, Yaami Gautam and another leading lady give it a romantic touch? Watch this space.
Though there were murmurs around John Abraham and Nishikant Kamat joining hands for the sequel of their action film together Force. But that's just rumour.
They are working on an altogether different film and the only similarity with Force is that this too would be an action affair.
However, there is no news on the title yet.
Even though Mohit Suri is yet to wrap up Siddharth Malhotra's Villain, he is already committed to begin his next with cousin Emraan Hashmi.
One wonders though whether Bhatts, who are producing the film, would pitch it as one of their franchise offerings. Awarapan 2, Kalyug 2 anyone?
