Anwar Rasheed has made three hits in his career-- Rajamanikyam, Chotta Mumbai and Annan Thampi. He also directed Bridge, which many feel is the best of the 10 films in the Kerala Cafe anthology.

Dulquer Salmaan plays an NRI boy named Faizi and the film essentially is about the warm relationship that he shares with his grandfather, Kareemkka (Thilakan), who runs a hotel in Kozhikode.

Scripted by Anjali Menon, who shot to fame as the director of Manjadikkuru, the film has been produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames.

Director M A Nishad has directed some fine films in the past and hopes to make an impression this time with a tale of love, lust, and revenge.

Pasupathy has returned to make a film with Nishad after working in his earlier film, Vairam. Theatre personality and Hindi actor Makrand Deshpande plays a baddie in the film.

Produced under the banner of NFC Entertainments, No 66 Madurai Bus has been scripted by K V Anil.
