The Bachchans threw a lavish Diwali bash at their home, Jalsa, in the posh suburb of Juhu in Mumbai, and invited most of the film industry.

Shah Rukh Khan, whose film Jab Tak Hai Jaan released on the same day, seemed relaxed in the company of Ashutosh Gowariker, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan at the party.
