Here's what your favourite Bollywood celebrities are tweeting.

Salman Khan, who had recently appealed to the people of Pakistan to help him free Sarabjit Singh -- the Indian death-row convict languishing in a Pakistani jail -- defended him by saying he was a farmer.

'Sarabjit singh in solitary confinement in pakistan, authorities consider him as manjit singh. convicted fr alleged involvement in 1990 blast. Death sentence in 1991 but hanging was repeatedly postponed. sarabjit is a farmer whose village is rite on the border of india n pakistan,' Salman tweeted.

Salim's father and other relatives were killed in the blast,' he added.

He further added that none of the four FIRs lodged with regard to the bombings contain his name: 'Pakistani human rights activists ansar burney had claimed that none of the 4 FIRs lodged in regard to the bombings contained sarabjits name. 4 FIRs lodged did not contain sarabjits name or description. Sarabjit was arrested on aug30,1990 at kasur border 4 illegal crossing in2 pak.'

'His wife sukh prit kaur said that he left to plough his fields near wagah border n never returned they heard frm him after 9mnts frm jail,' he added.

I Am director Onir slams Censor Board

Director Onir is upset with the Censor Board for not allowing his National Award-winning film I Am be televised on Doordarshan Network.

'I am dismayed at the double standards of the censor board. While its ok to show satyame Jayte on DD prime time. I AM is refused. Despite having cut seven minutes of the film and all abuses we are refused whereas the same TV shows other much more adult stuff. Anyway its a joke that doordarshan needs a U certificate while all the other satellite channels are allowed UA,' he tweeted.

'Kids learn about sperms in school and children need to learn to respect diversity from young age. I am appalled when a gay relation is termed abnormal. Rem how in Berlin kids joined in the pride march to celebrate respect of diversity,' he added.

The director feels that Doordarshan and Censor Board is killing the cinema with redundant policies. 'I am angry how everything make it increasingly difficult to make indie serious cinema in the country. Am angry when so many regressive films screen on DD while a national award film is denied the possibility. What's the point of Delhi high courts historic judgment 3 years ago on IPC377 the Indian Censor board still does not respect that. I feel like being in Gullivers Travels. We have forgotten that RULES were created FOR US and we were NOT CREATED for THE RULES. The best gift that DD and Censor boards gives the industry while we celebrate 100yrs of cinema is TO KILL CINEMA with redundant policies,' he added further.

The film, starring Manisha Koirala, Juhi Chawla, Rahul Bose and Sanjay Suri, has already been screened at various film festivals across the world.

'Today I feel a little defeated - thank you censor board !!!' the director concluded.
