It seems Ram Gopal Varma is very impressed with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's beauty. The director compared Aishwarya with Mona Lisa. 'I think Aishwarya rai is a thousand times more beautiful than Mona lisa,' he tweeted.

Hubby Abhishek Bachchan was quick to reply. '@RGVzoomin guess what???? Me too!' he tweeted back.

The actress tweeted about the legendary painter, who passed away on Thursday at the age of 95: 'They say if u r remembered, you will live on forever. Husain helped fashion the fabric of Indian modern art. I am truly grateful for having the opportunity to share in Husain's vision of art. We will miss him dearly, but never forget him.'

Bollywood grieves over journalist Jyotindra Dey murder

Bollywood stars are shocked with the murder of veteran crime journalist Jyotindra Dey on Saturday. The stars used twitter to condemn the murder.

Minissha Lamba tweeted: 'I'm still in shock over the murder of reporter J Dey in broad daylight. Justice needs to be hard, swift and decisive.'

Celina Jaitly was also shocked. 'A senior crime reporter shot dead in Mumbai by underworld. What is the city coming to?' she posted.

Madhur Bhandarkar was stunned. 'I'm stunned and benumbed by the sad demise of J Dey a courageous crime journalist.. R.I.P,' he posted.

Sonam Kapoor wrote: 'Horrible and shocking.'

Koena Mitra expressed her condolences: 'My condolences to the family of @midday journalist Mr.J Dey..shows evil still fear d Fearless!! May god gv strength to hs close ones!'

Rainy nightmares

It has been pouring for days now leaving various parts of the country flooded and causing trouble to the civilians as well as Bollywood stars.

Raima Sen was struggling to finish her shoot in Kerala. 'Rain rain go away want to finish my scenes and go home to mumbaiiiiIi' she tweeted.

A tree collapsed in Dino Morea's garden. 'So half a tree collapses yet again in my garden. The rains and it's might. Chaos. Took down some cables too, not sure if it's Internet or tv,' he tweeted.

Abhishek Bachchan's area turned into a lake. 'the rains come down and juhu, the area i live in, has become a lake!!! water sports anyone?' he wrote.

Anupam Kher hates to travel in this weather. 'On my way to Cochin again. And it is raining like nobody's business. Hate to fly in such a weather. Chalo wish me a safe flight.:)' he updated.

Neetu Chandra ended damaging her passport in rain. 'My passport got damaged in the rains. Have to go to Vegas day after,' she tweeted.

Cargo ship hits Juhu beach

A merchant ship that was being towed to Gujarat to be dismantled for scrap broke away, and is now stranded at the Juhu beach. The ship has become quite an attraction for locals as well as many Bollywood stars.

Amitabh Bachchan was the first to spread the news. 'Hey ! NEWS NEWS NEWS ... A huge cargo tanker ship has landed up on Juhu Beach and grounded there .. perhaps broke ankor in rough sea. Was on my way to dub at 10, and within half hour this happened ... massive cargo tanker right up on the JuHu Beach, the main one !! Goodness ! How will they ever remove it .. incredible sight to see .. this massive ship sitting right up on the main Juhu Beach,' he tweeted.

Madhur Bhandarkar shared a
picture of the ship.

Gul Panag plans to have a look today. 'So will go to see the stranded ship in Juhu today. (hope I won't need to use my boat)' she tweeted.
